While the bagholders are still holding on after 3 full dilutions. There will be a dilution again, by summer or 3Q2017 this I will guarantee. Stockhouse does use IP addresses to match & find members with multiple aliases. Otherwise, this list of deleted/suspended members wouldnt be as long as it is. As much as our serial basher likes to defame Stockhouse in his post above that they won't do anything about checking IP addresses, this definitely isn't the case.
