If you read the NR's about it....yes 50% is already owned by UMB. The language is pretty clear in the NR link below from December 12th.

The market doesnt seem to have noticed until now however that they already own their stake and I believe they are moving to stage 6 of 7 just like MYM, hence the move that happening.
