The current production of QXP is 1300 boepd.

If the equity is worth zero, then on a producing basis, QXP's enterprise value is $15M, and that would be at $11,538 boepd.

That to me is low. And the true Enterprise value of a producer with this level of production should be $20,000-30,000 boepd.

At 15,000 boepd (desperate sale in receivership) and 1,300 you get $19.5M EV. Less the debt of $15M, you get an equity value of $4.5M

This would be around $0.12 per share at minimum salvageable, if we managed to get a lawyer involved to fight our case! I realise this lower than most peoples' entry points, but it's the highest share price in 12 months!
Don't walk away from this fight.
