It is logical to postpone the meeting. I received in my mail forms to request the annual financial statements (the alternative was to download them from SEDAR, ha!).
At least I should see what am I voting for on the AGM.

From November they were late with the MD&A filings - they were doing it every three months.
In December they changed the auditor.

I don't now waht to expect, I am long (and with the CTO also stuck) with ATT.
