Nexus vs Karma Mine Burkina Faso

Nexus vs Karma Mine Burkina FasoIt should be noted that Endeavor Mining EDV.T bought True Gold's Karma Mine in 2016.

What's interesting are the grades Endeavor is mining at Karma.

... Reserves of 33.2 Mt @ 0.89g/t gold.

IMO Nexus's Niangouela and Bouboulou have much far better gold grades

IMO both properties could be bought out by Endeavor Mining someday.

Diamond drilling into gold is first .

KARMA GOLD MINE, BURKINA FASO

karma1.jpg

The Karma mine was acquired by Endeavour in 2016 and announced first gold production in April 2016. Karma includes six identified gold deposits and is a shallow open pit with no blasting required and a low strip ratio, making it a low cost operation. Ramp up to full production is underway and Karma is forecast to produce around 110-120 koz of gold a year for the first five years, at an AISC of under $700/oz.

Exploration Potential

Karma hosts a target-rich landscape with the essential hallmarks of a multi-deposit environment. The property consists of six contiguous exploration permits (Goulagou, Rambo, Kao, Rounga, Youba, and Tougou) totaling more than 856 sq km and includes more than 45 high-priority targets with high-grade rock values associated with gold-in-soil anomalies and historical workings that remain untested to date.

Limited exploration to date has delivered encouraging results. Recent drilling has reported positive results at priority targets, with seven targets drilled resulting in a 100% success rate demonstrating continuity of gold mineralization and highlighting the potential to add open-pittable oxide gold mineralization.
