question marks

question marksObviously there is still a risk that the deal will fall through otherwise we would be sitting at $4.75 to 4.90 right now. Does any know how the scenario plays out. Do we get a tender from idata for $5.00 soon. All buyers are assuming deal goes through and they make a quick profit. Am I wrong. Can Idata buy on open market at these prices-does anyone know? Do they have to offer everyone $5.00 or what happens when they get their 2/3's. Interested to hear any opinions. I want at least $4.75. Average price is 4.20.
