Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development company based in Vancouver. The Company’s principal business activity is the exploration of mineral properties. The Company’s principal asset, owned through its wholly owned subsidiary, Pebble Limited Partnership, is a 100% interest in a contiguous block of about 1,840 mineral claims in Southwest Alaska, including the Pebble deposit, located about 200 miles from Anchorage and 125 miles from Bristol Bay. The Pebble Partnership is the proponent of the Pebble Project. The deposit lies entirely within the Lake and Peninsula Borough, approximately 23,782 square miles of land. The deposit is a Copper-Gold-Molybdenum-Silver-Rhenium project. Its subsidiaries include 3537137 Canada Inc., Northern Dynasty Partnership, U5 Resources Inc., Pebble West Claims Corporation, and others.

RE:RE:RE:Some insider buying yesterday!The company is not stepping up because they know the value here. Insiders bought yesterday and hopefully buy more. If they believe in their company and know the value then they don't care about this b.s. Fluff and a company that shorts miners and releases negative reports should be a hint that something isn't right. 

If I had as much pull as this firm by issuing a news release about a company not being viable and not get sued or arrested, I would too. People will always push buttons and facts as much as they can and it's sad...but that's the world we live in.

I listened to the full conference call yesterday and I've never heard such general comments. It was a conference call headed by an amateur. I'm in the investment industry and I can tell everyone here that the CEO of any Fortune 500 company would never answer questions from investors as he did.

The report is a joke and so is the firm.
