Orvana

OrvanaAfter reading up on the company and finding some additional information I feel this company will turn around in 2017 . What people are forgetting is that they had spend the last several years paying off the 40 million dollar loan to buy the Spanish mines. Therefor to do this they did not concentrate on investments in mine improvements or discovery. In 2016 they had raised funds and these funds have been put to work to improve mine output and recovery. If management is successful costs of production should continue to fall and recovery rates improve. This will be the news the market is waiting for and that is when the share price will improve. Currently mine life in Spain is a reasonable 15 years without further exploration. Bolivia is another question. Currently 3 years but with the oxide plant in production this could increase to 8 or 9 years. Also if they have any success in exploration there than this also could be extended. I feel the shares are way undervalued and will be looking to aquire a sizeable position as I see success in the quarterly numbers coming out this year. Remember in 2011 the stock did hit 3.97 per share.
