It has a 1% net smelter royalty covering 78 hectares of land positioned in a former silver mining district, located south of the Eldorado mining district at Great Bear Lake.

Wrong - Road ConstructionRoad construction will take up to 4 years, correct, but pace of construction will be based on FT.TO construction schedule.  Road could be built in less than two years.  Suggest you contact FT.TO to get your facts straight on the agreement.
