Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development company based in Vancouver. The Company’s principal business activity is the exploration of mineral properties. Why doesn't Pebble have a feasibility study done yet?

One of the accusations by Kerrisdale is Pebble is hiding the results of their feasibility studies.

I read an article on ND website that back in 2009 they were planning to do a feasibility study but it is still not done? Is this because they ran into EPA trouble a few years later and thus did not need it anymore? Or they needed that money to fund the 140M environmental studies and lawyer costs in the court battle with the EPA.
