How coincidental is it

How coincidental is itthat just a few days back this stock was trading in the upper 70 cents. Then in 3 days we run up 60%  to $1.25 and a bought deal is announced.
Since it takes some time to prepare and execute a raise, I can't help but think that this was a  well timed and orchestrated stock run up by the company to coincide with it.

At least that has been the order of things with most junior stocks of late. Now when I see a sudden run up and pumping, I start to get suspicious. Then BANG, like clockwork a raise is announced, and by the time the new shares  enter the market, the stock is trading at or below the price of the bought deal.
Am I the only one who's seeing this pattern?
