Canaccord will be back.  

They sold the NYX knowing they had until April 2017, when the earnings come out,  to decide what price they want to come back in at.  I estimate that to be a 9 month sell and hold it down program.

Just saw a recent Canaccord Analyst report on NYX.   Very postitive
