Further thought on clemiss purchases

Further thought on clemiss purchasesClemiss' Apple Capitol in the end served one final purpose which of course was to become the "shell" from which YD would evolve through the RTO.  Unlike YD's CFO and CEO - I can't see any reason for Clemiss to have "skin" in the new company.   I can't see anywhere that he was granted options or other incentives back when the deal was done (please correct me if I am wrong).  My point is, that he could have walked away from YD....yet he didn't.  Here's a guy who has an interesting history with penny mining start ups - and he wants to get in at the beginning of this vr tech company and continues to add to his position 7 months later.  I'm a little surprised more investors didn't jump in today - maybe I'm missing something?  By the way - I bought the 5000 shares at the end to make it a green day just for you Dcowboy.... Lol
