Lush, you nailed it with this comment. 

I may be wrong, but the way that Big ask of  ~1.3 Million at 8 cents stood out whole day and another one at 10 cents, the PP price fix may be in the works.






We all know Warrants Cancelled and a PP to Essel is a GOOD thing but Dinning has to stay out of this PP and take home his $$$ he uses to keep the lights ON !
