Sirona Biochem Corp. is a cosmetic ingredient and drug discovery company with a proprietary technology platform developed at its laboratory facility in France with a specialization in the stabilization of carbohydrate molecules. Maybe Attila filled the recent job opening at Allergan posted earlier. That would make the process and timelines move along very fast. Aleksandra has been with the company since May 2016 according to her linkedIn account. This was being planned for awhile it seems and was just part of the process. Looks like the process is moving along and this was the next step.
