Piskanja is located in a historical mining region with infrastructure for mining, including roads, rail, electric power, experienced miners, and others. Lithology at Piskanja is typical of sedimentary basins, primarily consisting of shales, marls, and limestone, with two primary gently undulating borate beds. The mineralization is primarily dense, compact colemanite with some ulexite. The Company’s subsidiary is Balkan Gold Corp.

RE:Drilling Plan/JV Partnership

Thank you for this BB. This sounds a bit too good to be true for me. Were you at the AGM? Have you talked to management recently regarding a drilling plan?

It would be nice to have more detailed info on the JV from the AGM. A conference call would be nice. I can't see how a JV would come in without a closer whiff of a mining license.

However, it's nice to hear that Tim is practical in his seeking out a JV.

I sure hope 2017 is our year :)
