These banners include Saks Fifth Avenue, Hudson's Bay, Lord & Taylor, and Off 5th in North America and Galeria Kaufhof, Galeria Inno, and Sportarena in Europe. RE:Macy's and HBC have been in discussions for They have a history of making these sorts of deals happen. Galleria kaufhof was whispered about a month or so before they bought it. Retail analysts understand that consolidation has to happen in retail, and it's very likely hbc would be at the center IMO. But, if you want to compare a buy out to god creating the world, that's fine too lol.
