Failure at what exactly? I think that's a rather harsh assessment of the guy who built this company from nothing and got it to over 100M/yr. Did he fail at taking the next step? Perhaps. Did it take too long to get to where they are now? Perhaps but their business is entirely dependent on the mobile comm industry, which has been stagnating recently. It's up to the new CEO and BMs to show us that he couldn't take the company to the next step successfully. Time will tell.
