What if recreational MJ started tommorrow?

What if recreational MJ started tommorrow? How much do you think you could get per share? First and foremost. This isn't just for WEED or APH or ACB. It applies to any company out there that can grow marijuana. First this topic is based off revenue and not off profit or cost per gram etc. It's all about shear revenue. To figure this out is actually somewhat simple. How much revenue can you get from 50k Sq feet. The answer is roughly 5-6 million dollars. APH had 5 million in sales with 43k Sq feet, with 1 million on the shelf. WEED had 10 million in sales with 50 million on the shelf, not including mettrum's revenue or growing space. 655k sq feet produced 60 million dollars in MJ at current market prices, had it all been sold. Which still comes to roughly 5 to 6 million dollars per 50k Sq feet. Mettrum has 100k sq feet so we are going to add 10 million in revenue. So under that assumption, WEED can currently earn 70 million dollars per Quarter. Or 280 million dollars per year. Right now WEED has a market cap of approx. 2 billion giving them a P/E of around 7x. Assuming they could sell all the product that they grow of course. In order to get over 1 billion per year in sales, they must increase there production capacity by a minimum 1.4 million sq feet. So there total sq feet would have to be at minimum 2.4 million sq feet. That would give them a annual revenue of around 1 billion. Now, using that 7x P/E ratio, which I still think is ridiculously low. That gives them a 7 billion dollar market cap or approx. 42$ per share. We all know that the powers that be read this forum and I truly believe that they have already figured this out, so it's just a waiting game for the annoucement. As far as that annoucement being built into the current SP. It's not even close. All we currently require is the outlets to sell the stock we currently have and poof it's a 7x P/E are the current market price. These motley Fools babbling about being overpriced is shameful, either they are uneducated or just plain ignorant. As for the future, who knows. But one thing is for sure. WEED is by far and above the industry leader with noone in sight.
