This thing's getting awful comfortable well below $1.60 now.  Been a steady drop on pitiful volume for the past 2 months while the rest of the market is on fire.  The value of the dividends are coming out of the reduction in the stock price.  And I just don't see a catalyst to turn it around, do you?
