CGI is a corporation, not a mutual fund. AND is an "Investmen tcompany" for income tax purrposes

it cannot redeem tts shares or issue additional shares, if it is ti maintain i'ts grandfathered tax status as a flow thru company.

But as such it should operate like a mutual fund and follow its market value more closely.

And its income must come mainly and substantially from dividends.

What I do not understand is why the discount from market value has increased  - PERHAPS, as you sugges,t there really are no value investors out there.

I think it's more likely that most of the shares of this corporation as ni ten hands of a few investors and at least 50% plus one share are closely held by the executives of this company.

And, considering the increase in net asset value, they have managed the assets well.
