RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Hats off to management.. A GOLD SPINCO!!!!!$$$$Side Wager
Calling a truce Sly
1. No way I can prove, or disprove, that the PP is sold out. By securities laws, they can not share that information with me. There are comprehensive disclosure requirements that apply to registered offerings, that prevent them from sharing that information with a little investor like me.
2. In no way, shape, or form, did I say I that I could do better. I simply said that I want them 100% focused on the ZEO work. Luv what Ray, the CEO, has done.
3. Wishing that money raised, was for the Sun Group of Zeolite properties.
4. And listen, you could be right about CNG, it is a fools errand for me to guess the price of a penny gold listing on the Venture. Was just stating that Canadian Zeolite Corp drifted down to a nickel when they were a focused gold play. No doubt, you are dead-on and right with your recap, it can for sure open much higher than the 9 cent offering. A lot of news of the spin-out, and the gold property, could hit Bay Street and the markets by then.
5. Sorry, did not mean to come across as a know it all, arrogant dumb-*ss. As a mostly Blue-Chip, dividend guy, or a mid cap dividend growth guy, I have not wagered into gold mining in years. Every once in a while, I play in small caps, with a small percent of my portfolio. Trying to pick up companies, that will soon be in production, and have many cost and logistical advantages.
So, I would pick up companies like SNS, CNZ, PLS, & IMH, companies that will soon be flush with cash, and have mining/growing that is very easy to do, and very easy to understand. Like a CNZ with ZEOLITE mining. Or some contrarian picks, like a CHH, DCM, GCL, & VNP. I doubt that I will ever buy a traditional, metal/gold mining company ever again. Hopefully, I will be smart about it, and stick to it lol
6. Back, many years ago, made mistakes buying the next big "gold play", until I realized, that it is so rare to find one that can prove-out, and test a property, without going to market and diluting the value with constant share PP's, that water down the stock, and bring down the share price to next to nothing. They just issue so many shares, that by the time that the mine gets the go ahead, there are just too many shares, and too much debt, to ever get the mine built. Hoping that CNG, is truly a diamond in the rough, or at the least, it will start with some really positive news, to provide me with an exit point.
Good Luck to You
Long and positive on CNZ
Hopefully no hard feelings, I always aprreciate your input and thoughts.
Cheers!!
