I have looked at this company a few times and made a couple of short trades but did hold for more than a week. I agree that there is potential for NYX to double or more if they can start to turn things around but it will be dependent on management (or new management). It scares me a bit when I see management say the #1 focus is on EBITDA and then recently announcing an increase in the debt facilities. Often I have seen companies with expensive and huge debt focus on EBITDA (Concordia is a recent example) and growth while ignoring debt maintenance - can be a sign of egotistical management in my opinion. I would be more inclined to feel that management is turning the company around by hearing about being focused on cash flow from operations and profitability (both GAAP and non-GAAP - too much room to hide losses in "adjusted" numbers). 

I am on the sidelines for now until management shows some financial plan that makes sense to me or else the financials start showing improvement but at the same time I can see the appeal for shareholders for a big reward down the road.
