RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Hats off to management.. A GOLD SPINCO!!!!!$$$$I am fine accepting a truce. I have found most of your posts to be well thought out but for some reason not with this spin out. I am always willing to listen to new thoughts but 10 posts in less than a day saying how you thought this spin out was a waste of time and money was too much for me not to respond with a different perspective. As you can probably tell my perspective comes from research.

1) I think you can but accept your reasoning to not want to try.

2) By knocking the idea in so many posts I took that as bashing of the management team. I think they are very capable to handle both these companies with the addition of new human resources

3) Raising money for the Sun Group properties is a bit premature in my mind. There is many years of Zeolite left at Bromley so in my mind taking the opportunity to unlock some value from the gold property is well thought out.

4) Yet to be proven out. A few factors play in this area, potential news or additions for sure but I also believe the track record of this management team will draw attention to this spin out. Especially if, as I think most of us believe, there is more to come from CNZ between now and when CNG begins to trade. People always want to jump on the bandwagon of a successful management team!

5) Again, 10 posts in a day really made it come across like you thought this was a terrible move. In my mind, no matter what the percentage value shareholders get as a dividend from the free shares, it is the company unlocking value from CNZ to the benefit of shareholders. It is much better than having it sit there for another 5 years doing nothing in my opinion. I believe they have a plan but that will be seen over the next 6 months or so.

6) I am sure most experienced investors have taken a hit from gold plays.....I know I have as well. If this was a pure gold play from the beginning I would not be here or my level of investment would be much lower than it currently is. Just not a sector I have ever understood well. I believe this team knows what they are doing and I am happy to be on the receiving end of the free shares dividend and think I will probably let the story play out for a bit before I decide what to do with the shares.

Best of luck to you also and all longs. Exciting times for CNZ and hoping for CNG in the near future!
