they require a legal frame work like a real company. Right now he is just a landlord with no stake in the weed.

Why would I buy this now. I just exited this stock as it seems to be a dud right now. I will watch from the sidelines and only re-enter if this drops to .30ish range. Not worth the risk right now IMO when there is much better plays out there. Not bashing this stock as I was a long time holder. Sometimes you just gotta see the writing on the wall. Ivan needs to make some changes, this starts with firing himself and putting in a solid management team.
