Well not that my opinion means anything here, but I personally think people will either buy buy buy to get as many Shares possible to get as much CNG shares possible when the actual spinout occurs.
Or I'm sure some will sell their current shares in anticipation of the CNZ share price to drop to then be able to buy cheaper which means more shares of both but if you miss the cutoff... too bad for you right...
But the risk people take selling doesn't mean they can jump back in at a lower price, on the contrary it may actually sky rocket due to the demand thus being forced to buy at a actual higher price... it's a double edged sword that may actually backfire because we don't know the exact cutoff date....

My suggestion is for those already well placed and have good amount of shares to add to their stockpile, and for those waiting to jump in, well you just may actually pay a premium if you wait too long to get in....
