If they find oil, oil prices must rise, otherwise it's like a low grade mineral deposit that sits and waits until prices rise. I assume this is one reason Essel is taking their sweet time. Not good  for Simba shareholders, as the trough feeders still demand to be paid. Good for Essel because they are essentially paying themselves when they do a PP and increasing their ownership in simba at the same time. As I said before, crazy situation.
