Re: Alabama Graphite

Re: Alabama GraphiteI first bought this stock more than three years ago. Eighteen months ago I participated in a private placement in which I was allowed to purchase a large number of shares for $.20 a share along with warrants to buy more shares at $.35 a share.  That gave me much more stock in the company than what I wanted to own.  I anticipated that I would be able to sell off some of my shares at above the offering price.  However, for eighteen months that has been possible only once for a short period of time.  Consequently, I - along with a number of other shareholders - have wanted to lighten up for eighteen months.  Whenever the stock gets close to $.20 there will be large orders to sell that will kick in.  I still believe in this stock and want to own it, but want less than what I have.  All of this is completely normal for what is a speculative venture.  Once it has become clear that Alabama can raise the money that it needs to go into production, which I hope and believe will be very soon, everything should be OK.
