RE:SENIOR EXCHANGE.....Poorly worded, to say the least...

I still I'll have no doubt that this is going to be a winner.  

But I wonder how the creditors feel about exchanging $5 million dollars worth of debt, for shares that would be worth 1/10th of their value... its a pretty big gamble, with big money invested.

these guys know something...
