Why MMS

Why MMS With a shovel Ready Iron ore project and a proven presence of almost 100 million tonnes of Iron ore ranging from 45.2% to 47.2% Fe based on drilling and studies paid for and performed in 2012, and an output potential of 2 Mt/year at a 60 AU$ cost, MacArthur minerals is sitting on a project that can generate more than 128 M Au$ once iron ore starts to flow out with today’s prices. Recently $mms signed a funding mandate with the Tulshyan group to secure up to 200M$,with 50M$ as an initial tranch, to develop the company's Ularring hematite iron ore project located in Western Australia. One of the very excited things about the relation between the Tulshyan group and $mms is that the Singapore based group is willing to market and ship the Iron ore through it's fleet of ships into the Indian and the Chinese market. Mr Rakesh Tulshyan is an Indian born deal-maker who built his empire from scrap metal and steel recycling with a a lot of connection in the steel industry in India and china. Mr Tulshyan stated in an article featured on PressReader earlier last week: 'I believe the prospects are good, I believe the company is undervalued and I believe with expenditure we’ve got good prospects,” he said. “We have a good reserve of iron ore that can easily be shipped out, and we could easily offtake it and place it with the steel mills in India as well as China, and other countries also. We have the ability to acquire, either buy or charter, capesize vessels the moment the ore is ready to be shipped out.” With such potentials $mms is seeking the listing on the ASX by floating a part of it's Australian assets by mid April for a value of 10M$. The percentage of the assets to float is to be determined. In addition to the Ularring hematite project, $mms has the Moonshine Magnetite Project with a proven 1.3 billion tonnes of Iron ore at 30.1% Fe that can add to $mms value if marketed as a magnetite concentrate. Iron ore today is hitting a multiyear high surpassing the 94US$ a tonne (122 Au$) and many big players started investing in the Western Autralian Iron ore for it's high grade, like the Todd family who are investing 5B$ in a Pilbara Iron ore mine. Add to it MMS's neighbor Cliffs resources who are looking for expansion and securing more Iron Ore assets in WA. An excited thing also is that MMS has Lithium proprieties in Western Australia (hard Rock) and Nevada (Brine) neighboring a proven presence of high grade lithium. MMS also found samples of up to 3.25%Li2O in their lands in Australia. Al thought the lithium part still needs a lot of development, the rising lithium prices and demand shows the future potentials of MacArthur minerals. All this makes MMS a very attractive investment with a number of shares of 139.6 M and a float of only 42.8 M and a Market cap of only 17.66M$. It worth mentioning that Rare earth minerals (UK based company) holds 27.57% share in MMS and the CEO of mms holds 10.38% share position.
