Let me remind you that the EAC is the FIRST STEP. Once granted an EAC, then you enter the mines permitting phase and mines permiting act. I believe you need roughly 10 mining permits before you start extracting ore.
Elmer Fudd spouting off that we are entitled to damages is so effing distorted that anyone believing that deserves to lose all of their capital. No chance in hell the courts would award damages for a company that doesnt even have an EAC.
