RE:Purchase of processing plant a game changer for CSKTrue...except that facility has been shut for years, and never received the proper retro fit the last time around, and so will require masive amounts of money to restart.  It's also ust an LOI, not an actual P&S so...it could never happen...it could be just the next group to run this story (this will be the 4th go around, for this story, and this facility, in the last 30 years...the result is always the same...dead end.  I know the facility...it's in very rough shape, and will need alot of work to to bring it on line...many millions, with no gurantees.
