Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd. is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development company based in Vancouver. The Company’s principal business activity is the exploration of mineral properties. Maybe I am missing something but where do you get the idea that TRQ's shareholders only own 32.47% of Oyu Tolgoi. The following is taken from a PR dated Jan. 16, 2017:

This is obviously a very big fundamental misstatement in the analysis.
