Saudi Arabia (KSA) contract with 542 hospitals = $$$ ?1° let's congratulate Gary for his usual NR call and prime contact network! On avearge, it finally works out...
2° I feel really sorry for all those bashers, trolls and guys mixing too much booze and cheese. They probably are now in a state of 'sticky fondue', trying to find their bread and apples bites in their hot pot... :-)
3° ADK is again confirming their strong growth potential with this new agreement. 542 hospitals in a country where money flows out of oil wells is an EXCELLENT and VERY PROMISING news! But how much shoulf we value this contract?
4° In earlier posts (or management reports -- I'll look for it...), we estimated that each exam brings 11 to 15$. KSA has 32 M citizens of which 17,65% ar diabetics = 5,648,000 million people x 11$ = 62 M$ (total sales target). Let's assume that 10% will be tested within 1-2 years, it gives 23,000 per month on 24 months, spread among 542 hospitals, e.g. 43 per hospital (quite realistic). Hence it might be possible to see 6 M$ flowing in within 2 y. or more if Diagnos can implement enough logistics in KSA to increase their screening capabilities...
Let's see how it moves forward...
