RE: Imperative.

RE: Imperative. It appears that Bernie has lost touch with his shareholders. This is a very dangerous place to be. However, I would also add that the directors who supported this $15K monthly expense may wish to check their directors insurance. If there has been any collusion then they should be concerned. "Class Action," may be in the air. Issues around the original $4M US to finance the Lyco deal, not yet completed come to mind. As well as a reasonableness test regarding the compensation of $10K per month for a shell company. The natives have been B.S.'d for long enough and are now getting things rolling. If Bernie and his directors think they are not accountable, THINK AGAIN!! Stay tuned fellow shareholders, accountability will happen. S.
