Shorts playing with price?

Looks to me like TD is playing with the price a bit here because they realize they are f*cked and have to cover 5-10 million shares (my guess on what is left given the number that was short as of Feb. 16). The coordinated attack at the time of the "First Global Announce Receipt of Application" didn't work.
