RE:RE:RE:Management has to come out and say something

RE:RE:RE:Management has to come out and say something If that was the case, I'd be the first to put my name forward on a class action suit. Pennies on the dollar if ever successful. Who knows though. Only way management listens is with a lawsuit.

The argument would basically be a purposeful and willful manipulation of stockprice downward by senior management.
Proof?
-constant dilution for shareholders over the years since IPO
-constant increase in costs (no end in sight unless Q4 and Q1/17 prove differently)
-Absolutely zero attempt at profitability since the firm went public (profitable when private)
-vast increases in debt for OB with no attempt to share the gains of future profits of OB with shareholders yet we share the main burden of falling share price (Matt and those buying privately would benefit)
-Zero cost reduction strategy after the purchase of OnGame, Chartwell/CRYP -- just the reverse-- increases in expenditures for OG.
-little if any communication between earnings reports

Don't know about you folks but if this indeed goes private and I've hypothesized that for awhile on this board, it would seem to me that the folks who'd benefit most are the current large shareholders as well as the debtholders. Those would presumably remain as major shareholders post-takeover. That leaves all of us out I figure unless we're the bankers/WH/AYA/Skybet/insiders.

Folks, time to start calling the firm and asking for answers. I'm certainly doing my part communicating my anger (beyond frustration at this point).

Best of luck to all of you.
I would hope management isn't stupid enough to con us out of a great investment opportunity.
They simply need to be profitable. Not hard at all.

sb
