With NG prices declining:

And,  your seasonal chart shows NG will come in favour, mid-March:

And of course, NG (and also oil) Cdn equities are tanking.  

Why place a buy bid now?  Not too early?
Yes, she may be oversold, and PPY will likely pop up Feb 28/Mars 1; which will likely be short lived.  Kinda like BIR, when they released recently released results.

Is it better to buy PPY, when NG price and PPY are on the upswing by 50-75 cents?  You don't catch the botttom, but who the heck knows where the bottom is.
