Held onto shares for over a year

Held onto shares for over a yearSo does Shoal Point Energy own the shallow and deep rights? It seems that it's the deep rights which G2 is after, but I'm not sure if the EL1070 is split between two companies. It's great that there is interest in this area either way, but is Shoal Point in control of the area g2 is after? I'm just a bit confused how nu-oil and gas is involved.
