Thanks for the informative links, ppp. I also like to keep an eye on the Weekly Supply Estimates data, that the EIA puts out. We can see that US production is growing again, but slowly.

At some point, they run out of locations, in the best parts of the shale plays, and the US production will fall harder. The trick is for the swing producers (Saudi), to balance the market with some minor cuts.
Still early in 2017, to see how things will shake out.
