Perceived RisksBelow are the Perceived Risks but what are we doing to mitigate them.
Security at GGB
Yes, GGB is not Toronto or Vancouver but can we make it safer to operate? Absolutely, Torex has done a good job with this lately but now they have armed guards securing their load and property. Gold corp used a private army to protect it's gold and look what happend to their shipments. It's never a good idea to look intimidating and using force. If necessary yes but not in the long run.
For a company with vision, it's always better to work with the surrounding community and get them involved in the process of economic opportunity, informed progress, and community building. TMM has done a fantastic job so far in this area and I think they are planning to improve going forward. They want the community to be their eyes and ears before any trouble occurs. This is the right approach for the future.
Financing
With the robustness and improved economics of the property, project financing will not be an issue. As noted before, I expect little to no dillution of shares. Permitting is expected this year and as we approach this milestone, preliminary debt financing should be in place.
San Francisco
SF seen its better days???????? Maybe so but I think management is working on improving recoveries and looking for additional revenue with existing resources. Expecting more news on this in the coming months..
Management
Our previous managment was weak in marketing and operating Sanfran but had the right vision in acquiring AP at the right time. Yes, timing is everything in this business like others.
Many shareholders are expecting great things from Greg and so far his doing all the right things.
I believe the recent road trip to Bay street was long overdue. His also well regarded by many analyst. Expect some changes as Greg will more likely bring in some new talent.
POG
The price is the price and it's out of our control. I strongly believe that we have all the makings of a continued uptrend in POG. The economics at Sanfran will continue to improve with rising gold prices and so too will future financing cost and more importantly less to finance.
Did I miss anything else? Probably but I think this covers the major risks.
God Bless the Longs..........
