RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Analyst's with a $4 price target: Are they on GlueYou had to know it was coming (all the analyst reports mentioned possible equity raise after the latest conf. call).  Of ESW's $80M, $50M went to pay out the debt leaving only $30M, and ops is still eating cash, not generating cash.  $60M restructuring cost is high, but I can see it as feasible.. they are effectively halving the company revenue, and presumably halving company size.  The restructuring associated with Orga was already some $20M and it was much smaller scale. 

My question is who on earth would want to buy in?
