You must be new to this sector. Unless news provides surprise fundamental change to upside, the sector usually sells the news. I've only seen them run 2 days after news before retracement, and most of the time it's only up day of news before retracement. For news to cause a large pop it's gonna be a big surprise. Moving from stages is already predicted to happen. This is just typical sector style volatility. Long term trend is up, but you'll have big swings along the way
