No, it is not. There is never a connection between shareholders wellbeing and a company winning awards (design, engineering etc).
Winning awards is a fabulous thing for employees. Management can use it to fire up internal employees. However, it has no bearing on financial performance and so no bearing on the share price.
Even for us it is nice to see though
