IR said this about the finance company they're in negotiations with: "The Corporate Finance Advisory firm referenced in our news release provides many services including bridging opportunities of Emerging Markets with North American markets, introducing high growth investment opportunities to investors, facilitating debt financings, among many other solutions"

When they lock this down anything below 10 will be a distant memory.
