Thanks to George98 for the informative posts... I've taken some time to read his and other posters information and initiated a long position, filled today at 0.40.  I can see how the share price has deteriorated since the Craft spinoff.  It would appear there is a direct correlation between the divesture of assets and the corresponding share price decline seen over the past few months.  Having reviewed the company's financials, production, and land assets, I firmly beleive this is an undervalue play and a strong buy at 0.40.  I tend to average into my positions, so have a bid in at 0.36 if it drops and will also buy at 0.44 if it rises.  Near-term I don't see much share price appreciation, but I will take advantage of any volatility.  I will re-evalute after seeing this quarters financials, but don't expect any surprises.  Looking forward to a nice hold for big gains in 2017.
