Unless the high and mighties deem it material they won't tell us.

That seems to go for not-so-good news too. The contractor spat was not expected to "have any material impact on production".

This was explained in a release dated Dec 2nd 2016, not as news in its own right, but in response to a media story that had been published in Botswana.

Well, as it turns out they are probably right about the impact on production, as witnessed in the year-end results.

However, I would very much like to know if that particular issue had any material impact on anything other than production?
