RE:RE:RE:Possible building/land misconception Well said 12gauge. Right on.

Just because a business has a name, or is incorporated...limited...LLC...etc... does not require the business to have a website, or even conduct business if they do not wish to. A business can become registered, gain assets, even have employees without doing and actual business if they so choose. To relate this to everyday life, I'll use driving as an example, with you as the subject. Radar has a drivers license. Is he REQUIRED to own a car? No. Is he REQUIRED to drive a car? (Aside from the road test) No. "I've never once seen Radar driving a car, and there has never been a car parked in his driveway. He can't have a license, it's impossible!"... Not the case.
Assume what you will. This is your chance to get the last word because I will not respond to any further trolling. But this is likely a case of a savvy individual (or group of individuals) with the foresight to get out in front of the marijuana boom that is coming to Canada in recreational form sooner than Radar hopes. Create an incorporated business, obtain a facility (and possibly other assets), and get a head start on the MJ license application. Then market the initiative you took to another company to take over, and enjoy a nice paycheque for having the ability to follow through with an idea that most potheads would talk about around their bong and forget about before they left the couch.
So, Radar. I'll close by saying this. Your argument or hang up on this board is the same as many others. Who is Sublime? What are they worth? Why can't I talk to anyone? Where is their website?
The answer to all of these questions is the same, and it comes in question form as well. Who the fu
in the meantime, with all sincerity... Radar/other bashers - fu
