Opposite Opinion. The longer the U.S. Fed keeps the pot question in limbo, the better. In fact, the federal gov't and Spicer help us. Each state can do whatever it wants in the U.S. So, it is better for now, that small companies like MDM, can grow in states where pot is legal. As long as more and more states make it legal, which they are, and polling shows more to come, then I for one, expect the Feds to sit on their %ss and do pretty much nothing.
