Solar Grade silicon isnt it 9N purity?

Solar Grade silicon isnt it 9N purity? Before I begin, Id like to say Im cautiously long. Ive a few remarks to make.

Im wondering if their goal of a 200 Ton/year  Solar grade purity production is based on 9N purity?

If it is, how hard might it be to get to 9N from 5N? I dont know enough about the degree of difficulty to get from 5N to 9N.

Also 200 Tons a year = 907 Kilos. Price per Kilo seems to be in the 17.00 USD range. Their presentation indicates a 18.00 USD per Kilo production cost for the 200 T per year plant.

So the pilot plant will be either revenue neutral or be losing money once its in production.

Anyone know if they have buyers lined up for the production of the 200 T? Will buyers want to deal with HPQ for such small amounts of product?
